The short version
Cancel anytime. Your subscription stops billing from the next cycle. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. No refunds on past billing cycles, ever.
How cancellation works
The AI Animation Academy is a recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime:
- From your account dashboard (one click), or
- By emailing info@societiesr.com with your registered email
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then. After that date, no further charges will be made and your access ends.
No refunds on digital content
This course is digital content delivered immediately upon subscription. Per Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Art. 16 lit. m) din OUG nr. 34/2014 (Romanian transposition), the right of withdrawal does not apply once you have begun accessing digital content with prior express consent.
Completing your purchase and accessing the course constitutes that express consent. As such:
- We do not issue refunds for past billing cycles
- We do not pro-rate partial months
- We do not offer trial periods or money-back guarantees
If you do not want to be charged again, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation is the appropriate action, not a refund request.
Forgot to cancel?
If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a new month you do not want to use, we understand it happens. However, our policy is firm: no refunds on past billing cycles. The fairest thing we can do is help you cancel immediately so no further charges occur. Email info@societiesr.com and we will help you cancel within one business day.
Technical access issues
If you completed a purchase and cannot access the course due to a technical problem on our end, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at info@societiesr.com. We will work with you to restore access. If we cannot resolve a genuine technical fault, we will issue a refund for that specific charge as a goodwill exception.
